Best Mac blurring photo app?

I've noticed many people blurring things out of pictures for privacy. What apps do you use from the Mac store?

This seems like an app that I'll want to use. Once the photo is blurred, will it be possible for someone else to unblur it later?

Thx guys, but anything that doesn't involve having to screenshot? Like blurring a photo that's already taken.

I've looked around in App Store and didn't seem to find anything reasonably priced that edited other things as well

I'm also trying to find an animated banner maker but the App Store is lacking good apps and everything online is monthly payment & I would prefer a one time payment

Photoshop Elements 14 and it is on sale right now for $60. Great deal, then you have a complete photo editor.

Skitch doesn't require a screenshot, it can open existing photos and blur them as well. (It's actually the Pixelate feature you'd use there, which is more secure than some blurring tools can be.)
