best mac os bug free for my mbp early 2013

iam using maverick on my early 2013 mbp 16gb ram 2.7 ghz 512 ssd - actually used iam happy with it -- i had upgraded to yosmite - i had issues bluetooth connectivity and wifi drops - if iam switching from maverick which should i upgrade or should stay with maverick

You should be running Sierra.

Don't mess with HiSierra until the final release.
