There is MacBook air and MacBook pro
The MacBook air has less specs but the same price, why?
I don't want to spend over 1199$
I am going to use it to surf the web, play game, and do a little of editing and using IOS SDK

Because the MacBook Air (MBA) is smaller and lighter than the 13" MacBook Pro (MBP). That is why you can get a 13" MBP with better specs than the MBA for less than the MBA costs.

Depending on what you game, the MBP might be the better choice due to the faster CPU.

You could also take a look at the Refurbished Mac section in the Apple Online Store to get cheaper models, though 2012 MBPs and MBAs will not be available there yet. It takes some months for them to appear in the refurb channel.

The Macbook Air has solid state (flash) storage by default, which makes it faster to boot and load applications. It also has a higher resolution screen.

The 13" Macbook Pro has a slower but larger hard drive, more ports, a DVD drive, and a bit faster processor.
