Can anyone recommend a full sized keyboard for the iPad Pro for desktop use? Ideally it would have Function Keys, that would function (If iOS allows for that).

I have a Matias Tactile Pro that I use sometimes and like quite well. It's like the old iMac keyboards.
edited: Sorry, forgot it's USB, not BT ... Would it work with an adapter? Guess I'll try it tomorrow.

BT is not a must. Thanks for the follow-up. I’ve got an old Apple mechanical keyboard with a clear shell, but I’m not sure if I can get it clean enough to use as my kids got now ancient crumbs under it.
The other one I found is white, now turned yellow. Yeeech!
