Best method of virtualizing Mac OS X on Mac OS X

Hello!

I want to run a few different Mac OS X virtual machines (I have images of previous iterations of my machine) from within Mac OS X. I have heard Parallel's Lite lets you do this for free. How would you all recommend I best do this? Its been a little while since I dipped my toe in the VM world.
