I have a source flash animation (fla) that will eventually end up online as an flv or h264 mp4 file running through a flash player. I have a separate audio file that I need to edit/mix to to the flash file. Can anybody recommend the best method to do this and end up with a quality video?

Scenarios include:
mixing the audio directly in flash (hate to try to edit audio in flash)
Exporting the flash to high quality mov or similar and mix audio in iMovie or similar, then re-export (and possibly encode AGAIN to get to the right video format for the online flash player)
Mix the audio in in Quicktime pro (I have no experience with this, don't know if it would work)

Anybody have any thoughts? Not exactly a pro at this stuff. In addition, I'm still looking for recommendations for online flash players that can play back h264 files.
