So I have tested Big Sur intensively now, and hates it.
Just not for me, feels to cheap to me.

What would be the best way go back and stay with Catalina as long as possible?

- Can I disable the Big Sur updates?

- Any tricks to make it safe and survive as long as possible?

- Will software compatibility become a problem?

- Guess a clean install is the best? didn’t timemachine the system before I upgraded (I know).

Anything relevant to reverting to and sticking with Catalina is welcomed.
