Best Midi Connection Solution?

I need to connect a midi keyboard to my mac, whats some of the best solutions available?

Any Midi/USB adapter will do fine.

The "best" is to find a Firewire audio interface that includes MIDI. Most people who need MIDI also need audio and it makes less of a mess with cables to have both in the same box.

I prefer the the box with a MIDI jack and then using standard MIDI cables to usiong those MIDI/USB converter cables. No difference in data quality but you get to pick the lenght of cable you need and avoid either extenders or wire coiled on the floor.

But for $40 the "Uno" works well if that is all you need.
