Which is better? Caudabe Veil Frost, Peel, Totallee frost or something else?

please please please don't fall for totallee or peel. They're gloried drop shippers buying bulk items worth $0.25 to produce in CHINA!! I bought $8.99 case on amazon and there's no difference. I also have a $1.29 from aliexpress and again, no difference from those over priced cases. So please don't give them your money.

May I ask how do you it's exactly the same? They claim it's their own design and they don't put their logo intentionally.

I stand behind you on that. I purchased 2 clear cases when Peel had a BOGO sale for Black Friday. They took 2 weeks to arrive and I emailed Peel, the day they arrived that they sent the wrong case and I did not like the cases because they were not thin enough. They refunded me my money and I got to keep both cases which I don’t use. I purchased 2 cheap cases on AliExpress which are now my main cases.

The 2 cases I purchased off AliExpress fit just the same as the expensive cases from Peel and Totallee. They pretty much have the same thinness as those cases.

To be honest I don’t mind buying cases off AliExpress even though they can take a month to arrive. The cases are cheap and I don’t cry about the price. I need minimal protection since I’ve been careful with my Pro Max when out the house (knock on wood).

Serious what a rip off. We should start our own drop ship company and under cut peel and totallee by $25. Apple users will buy them too. It’s their advertising that gets people to buy them. You can order thousands of these cases for $1 each and resell.

I’m waiting for my alliexpress case but to those who can’t wait go on Amazon. They have the same peel cases for $8.99 shipped.

I ordered another clear case and a 3rd party silicon case from AliExpress. We should do that and undercut Peel and Totallee. It’s ridiculous how much they charge for a basic that don’t do anything different from other cases out there.

I totally agree. Some time ago I bought a totallee case for around 35$ because it said "lightweight and super thin". What a joke. It was a normal cheap clear case, the same I bought from other resellers for 5-10$. A joke and rip-off. I was so mad and annoyed, felt like a betrayal to say something like ultra thin and light weight.

Then I bought the Moshi Superskin and this was what I wanted. Like a skin on my phone. No real drop protection, but lightweight (7g for Max case) and razor thin, not good quality, but still one of a kind. Good for scratch and light drop protection. + the buttons were cutouts. I don't want extra buttons on my case as it makes it very hard to press the buttons. Never haven seen anything like this again. They don't produce it anymore. It was also a rip-off for the quality and price (30$) but at least they send what the description said and it was what I wanted.

I just want something like this again. A razor thin, lightweight (no more than 10g) clear case. Pitaka would offer something like this, but it is black carbon fiber. I really would like a clear case, which is easy to take off, as I love my white 12 Mini, but often use it "naked". But most cases aren't razor thin, just normal thin. And not lightweight at all with 15-30g. And often hard to get off the phone.

I had those on my xs max. Same as peel, totallee, Ali express, tazo, ultra thin Amazon case. Same quality mine tore eventually after taking them on and off. It lasteda few months though. I like the caudabe sheathe.

Once I receive my last clear case from AliExpress, I’ll update with pictures. With the Peel case I got to keep for free, it’s not thin as I wanted it and don’t have a good feel to it. I definitely won’t be using it.

Had the Apple MagSafe clear case and it was way too slippery and the buttons were way too hard to press so I returned it the next day. Got this off Amazon and loving it. Great feel to it and the magnet is very strong, no issue attaching to my ESR Halolock car charger. Much stronger hold than the phone when it was caseless.

Why not the Apple clear case? Mine’s been holding up great so far.

It’s probably not thin enough. I still haven’t found a case thinner than Peel and Totallee. I’ve been ordering clear cases from AliExpress to see if they are thinner.

So far I have this one from AliExpress which feel thinner to me than the Peel and Totallee and have better grip.

I know that was my take on the apple clear case. Its too thin. All other cases I've tired from Apple Leather case, to spidgen, other clear cases from amazon are too thick. I'm waiting for my aliexpress ultra thin knock off.

I just found a successor to my Moshi Superskin which was discontinued. The Cellbea Ultrathin slim case in transparent clear color, not matt. It costs 18€ via amazon Prime in my country.

I was looking for a transparent, clear, not mattish, case. A razor thin case, weights 10g, and also has a slight lip to protect the display from scratches. Plus the cameras have cutouts, so the rest of the camera glass is protected too. I already had a tiny scratch there on a black 12 Mini before. Really good. But don't know if that could be a problem when taking photos because of reflections? Weight on my bigger Moshi case before was a little less with 7g but 10g is quite ok and it costs 10€ less. It is not cheap with 18€ but it protects good. It fits like a second skin and you barely notice it. Plus it has cutouts for the buttons which I wanted. Not the highest quality and cheapest case but exactly what I was looking for.

Negatives are two things. First it fits so good and close and like a skin that you can barely put it on or off. I would imagine that it could break somehow and it was a little tough to put on (the last side part of the phone needed a very hard press to put it in, I already thought case was too small but it wasn't). And the cutouts for the buttons, which I really prefer instead of buttons on the case, are now even with the phone and it needs somehow a little more time to press it, not much, but not as fast as without a case. And you can feel the somehow thin but edged lip around the display. But nothing that bothers me to be honest.

On my white 12 Mini it looks like there is no case on it, the case is like a skin and the white color does the rest. The same would be the case with the green 12.

The case comes in different colors too. Like matt transparent and grey transparent and a totally clean black. But those, I think, are all matt material, I chose transparent because you can't really notice or see the case and it is way grippier.

I remember in 2019 when Apple finally released their own clear case for the iPhone 11 - I was so excited even though I still had the XS Max because I knew Apple would release a clear case when it was time for the iPhone 12 models. So come 2020 I upgrade to the 12 Pro Max and Apple releases their own clear case.....this time with the visible MagSafe ring 🤢 AND the case has an open bottom (where their leather and silicone cases have the closed bottom).

So now I'm turned off with their clear case. I wish Apple would have released two versions of their clear case. One w/ MagSafe like it is now and another one w/out MagSafe and a closed bottom.

I wish there was a bumper the felt like the iPhone 4 bumper. Not too thick and the material was hardened plastic with silicone. I enjoyed that. I don't care much for the steel bumpers out, or the too fat bumper from rhinoshield.

Check this case out. I had this for my X and loved it! it gives me some protection but shows off the sides.
I probably could have found ti cheaper on Aliexpress but didn't really know about Aliexpress when I ordered this one.

Very nice looking case but I would cringe every time when I drop anything else in my pocket with the phone and be afraid that the sides will get scratched. Still, looks really nice.
