I currently have two 27 LG 5K monitors. I just ordered the new 16 MBP MAX. What monitors are best if your looking for dual monitors. ALSO If you think its the Pro Display XDR. who knows when they were last updated? Any rumors about anything new coming?

If you can hold off until next year I would do that. I think Apple didn't show off the Apple Silicon iMac Pro or Mac Mini because they're waiting to show off the 'average consumer' version of their XDR display tech for large displays rather than just laptops/iPads and in doing so they will introduce an XDR replacement to the Thunderbolt Display alongside the updated Mac Mini.
