Best/Most economical laptop shippers?

When my cousin was in town, he had me repair his MBP. Now he has left for Missouri (before i could finish the repairs) and wants me to ship his repaired laptop back to him (He paid in advance.)

What is the cheapest/best laptop shipper that is widely available? Would Wal-Mart have something? Is there a great internet deal available on these?

If anyone has some insight here, please let me know.

If you have a FedEx/Kinkos in your area (doesn't everyone?) they sell one for $10. It's heavy-duty cardboard with soft foam padding inside.
