We all know movie based games suck, but once in a while there is one that actually stands out.

What are some?

For me it is the Lord of the Rings games. I though both the 2nd and 3rd were very good games. Both had excellent combat tactics.

Spiderman (only the first one), Lord of the Rings, and Enter the Matrix are probably the only Movie-to-Game ports I've enjoyed.

Another vote for Goldeneye - finally a game that didn't just tack its licence onto a sub-standard platformer and hope that that would be enough to shift some units.

Though I never got into it, Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay was supposedly quite good.

Spider-Man 2, a lot of the earlier Star Wars games (Jedi Knight 2, Rogue Squadron 1 and 2, etc)...that's about all I can think of.

Only the first one? You must be confused...the second one was the good one.
