Best NAS Setup for new Apple TV / Plex

I am looking to create a simple home server that can be used with Plex and house all my movies, photos, and music. I am an all Apple person so I am looking for the best possible combination of simplicity and a great interface. I probably only need about 2-4TB of storage and prefer to buy the NAS with the disks already installed and everything. Consumer level stuff here. I am looking for input on the best possible NAS for this set up. Nothing too complicated, just looking to access my data anywhere using either my iPhone, iPad, or MacBook Pro.
