K maybe not the best but I've just realized that "yo" no longer gets changed to "to". Guess apples gettin hip. Hah any other changed auto corrections?

Syncing Notes and ToDo's.. oh wait, you can't, you can only do half. I guess we have to wait another year for the other half!

I hope that's not true across the board, since I never write "yo" on purpose, and I like the auto-correct to "to." I hope it just learns it instead.

1. The iPhone dictionary has "yo" built into it now. I reset everything and then typed yo and it kept it, no correction, plus I never use "yo" anyway.

2. 3.0 has plenty of great new features. I would have to vote for either:

a) being able to email multiple pictures at once

b) landscape mode for email and SMS

c) a new feature between iPhone and MobileMe*

*just search the features are out there but I really don't feel like violating my iPhone Dev agreement and spilling them

"To, I'm gonna go yo the store later."

I don't want stuff like that to happen...

I'd have to say tethering, only because where I live, there is absolutely no option for internet access other than dial-up, no cable TV either. On EDGE, I'm seeing about 190-210 Kbit/S, compared to a miserable 20Kbit/S on Verizon dial-up.

okay... so you'd rather it say, "To, I'm gonna go to the store later."?

No, I'd rather not say "yo" instead of "to"... I say "to" way more than I say yo... to include it wouldn't make a lot of sense to me. I'll be constantly typing "yo" for no reason.

Then your example didn't make sense

The world doesn't revolve around you, and you seem to fear change in every way. Even little icon changes irk you.

-landscape texting is long overdue.
-the fact that theyre finally enabling turn-by-turn is awesome. It wont be long before those $3000 nav system upgrades are completely gone in even the most high end cars

That's true. I'm just saying... trying to type "to" and having it turn into "yo" will be an inconvenience for me. That's all.

Also, about the icons. To me, icons are important. They make my phone look really nice. I refuse to have crappy icons on my iPhone. I don't care what the App does.. if the icon sucks, it won't be on my iPhone... it's that simple. I realize other people may think "Hey, it's just an icon, get over it... it doesn't hurt the functionality of the app"... while that's true, I still prefer good design. I grew up with Apple and their UI designs and I'm just used to high quality graphics from them.
