I'm taking landscape pictures with my 10m-pixel point&shoot. There are a few images that I'd love to print up to 20x30 if I can. One of my favorite images was cropped down as to approx 1200x800 pixels. I know this would be challenging to enlarge much more than 11x14.

I'm considering using Genuine Fractals plug in for CS4 which can do a great job of enlarging while retaining sharpness, but it doesn't help noise.

Anyone have experience with Noise Ninja or such programs?

Noise Ninja is considered the standard, a great program... but, it does have limitations. It works best when you remove noise prior to any other digital manipulation. i.e. - crop, levels, curves, etc. The best results can be obtained this way, but it all depends on how close you nailed your exposure to begin with. Stand alone, or PS plugin - both are excellent. I use both.
