I've got tons of usb to lightning cords (groupon hooked it up) but now Im looking for a good USB power adapter. 10w or 12w? What are you guys using??

What does "best" mean to you?

At my desk, I just use whatever. Out of sight attached to a power strip I don't care what it looks like. Best in this case is whatever's reliable and cheap.
For 2nd counter in the kitchen, a white block OEM iphone charger is best; it blends in visually.
For travel I have a small 17W dual-usb charger with folding wall plug blades I bought from Amazon. Best here is small and blades fold in.

Thanks! When I say best I mean 1) not having to worry about a cheap wall mount that will break in 6 months and 2) one that will charge alot quicker than the stock 5w iphone charger...I can get the 12W apple mount for 17.50 which isnt a bad deal..but I do need three

Belkin for sure. I bought one that comes with the 30pin to usb. Pretty tough wire too but bulky.

A bigger charger will not charge the phone faster.
It draws 1A when connected to AC and 500mA when connected to USB and no charger is going to change that.

Monoprice makes some very good chargers, at very good prices.

Click here for monoprice, and search for the codes below:

10240 :: 4-port 4.2A charger charges ipad and iphone together at the same time very quickly. I use this.
8857 :: 2-port 1A super tiny charger, great for travel. I also have one of these. Charges slower than the one above and doesn't charge iPad.

I use this:
EasyAcc 25 Watts 5V / 5A 4-Port USB Wall Charger (5V 2A x 2 & 5V 1A x 2) Multi Port USB Portable Charger battery charger for iPhone, iPad, iPod, Smartphones, 5V Tablets, Gopro, Bluetooth Speakers & Headphones

I'll second the Monoprice 4-port...it's a champ. I travel with one regularly, and it gets EVERYTHING charged fast.

I have an Anker® 18W / 3.6A Dual-Port Full-Speed Wall Charger that I like:

I like the plug orientation and its slimness - fits on my power strip without blocking other outlets. I can also charge my iPad and iPhone at their respective full speeds.

I also like that it doesn't have a light - good for when using it in a hotel room or bedroom.
