Best Non-Ear earphones?

I hate hate hate in ear earphones, they are just painful to me, I was wondering what are the best pair of non in ear earphones on the market? They dont need to have a mic but it would be helpful as I was planning to get an adapter, Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks. Joe.
