Please recommend one that doesn't need water or solution to install, I prefer the ones with the front and back pieces.

Try the ones from Spigen. All the screen protectors from their site are dry install.

Best non water screen protector?
Clarify exactly what you mean by "best". Don't just assume that your notion is universal no matter what the topic (best is always highly sujbjective). What type of screen protector are you looking for? Crystal? Antiglare? Antifingerprint? Privacy? What's your budget? Have you bothered to look at the countless other screen protector threads to see if there's something that sounds like it would suit you?

Thanks how good are the cheap ones in eBay?
There's not just one so it depends on the specific one you're asking about.

I just want a matte one that doesn't need water or solution to apply, I'm going through all the old threads but I tried skinomi and xtremelabs and both suck.
