Best Nvidia card for Mac Pro 09, Media Composer and After Effects

Was looking at an EVGA 660 or 570 for a 09 8x 2.26 with 24GB of ram we have at our office. We run Avid Media Composer and Adobe After Effects primarily.

On OS 10.7.4 but potentially could upgrade to 10.7.5 (have to check Media Composter compatability.)

Kepler (6xx) cards aren't supported in Lion, they require Mountain Lion. Therefore your best bet would be a GTX 570, which should work in both 10.7.4 or 10.7.5. Check my FAQ thread for details about how to get it to work with 10.7.4 in particular.
