Best offline europe GPS app?

I'm lucky enough to be heading to Europe next week. Unfortunately I will be on a very restricted data plan while over there. I am looking for an app with maps of France, the Netherlands, and UK pre loaded to keep the data down. I see a few in searches but does anyone have any real time experience using one?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Personally I like navigon.

It will do 100% cached maps? Does it allow search offline?

It works with cell data off. All maps and poi's etc are stored on your device right down to speed camera data!

Both Navigon and TomTom are among the nav apps that use locally stored map data.

Depends on what you specifically mean by search. Google searches require data coverage (as do other features).
