Best Offline Messaging

What is the best application i can send emails offline? that preferably supports hotmail.

Do you want an application that you can compose an email in, click send, and then the next time it connects to the internet it sends the email?

I would prefer one that sends and receives emails while i am not connected to the internet. i know gmail does it but it does not support Operating System 10 Lion.
