I'm looking to upgrade my G5 from 1GB to 2GB, but I don't really know the best places online to get good deals on the PC3200 needed. A lot of individuals on this site really have a lot of knowledge on hardware retailers.... so where would be my best bet?

I haven't bought more memory before but I can tell you to not buy from Apple because of their higher prices.

I have bought RAM on numerous occasions after reading many threads on this site.
The three most commonly recommended sites were (in no particular order):
1) www.macsales.com (OWC)
2) www.datamem.com
3) www.crucial.com

I have bought from datamem on several occasions & have had great experiences every time.

One piece of good advice was to make sure & buy from someone who guarantees Mac compatability (all of the above places do) and also has a lifetime exchange policy for defective RAM. I have used that at least once, approximately 1-2 years after purchase without difficulty.

Good luck!
