Best option for PCIe SSD in Mac Pro 3,1?

EDIT: Looks like I'm going with the Kingston HyperX Predator with the adapter. It says it's PCI-e "Gen 2" and bootable on any OS.

Unless anyone says that's a huge mistake, but no one seems to care anyway.
