Best Option For Shattered Screen

Carelessly, I just shattered the screen on my iPhone 5. Being completely my fault and without AppleCare, what are my best options to get the screen repaired? Does Apple repair screens or is there a better (ie-cheaper) option?

I just pointed someone else out to this company that does everything! they have repaired a lot of phones of my friends and I great service.

Aside from finding someone to replace the screen for you, such as mentioned above, then the other best option would be to have to replaced thru Apple's out of warranty replacement plan for $229.
