Best options to clear iPhone without losing jailbreak

Hi all-

What is the best option to clean (almost restore to factory + Cydia) iPhone 5.

I want to give it to someone but do not want to get rid of Jailbreak.

I tried iLEXRAT but it just cleaned the Cydia tweaks.

My personal data is still there (Music etc).

Not if you do it correctly via the terminal jailbreak app.

Everything will be erased (I know because I'm OCD about clutter and have used iLexRat about 16 times on my 4s with nothing remaining but jailbreak.)

iLexRat really helps giving your device a fresh start without losing your jailbreak, a godsend once Apple stops signing older firmware restores.

Thanks. It was my mistake.

In the latest iLex RAT app (with UI) has 2 options. I did not select the RESTORE one. After I did RESTORE, everything went as expected.
