O.K so i just recently made a jump to the Mac and am still getting used to not just downloading any ol' application (like i could with the pc) but rather stop, and take a look which app is best catered for the Mac.

That being said, I just wanted to ask what is the 'best p2p application for the Mac'??? (aka the title). Also, i'd like it to work with bittorent

Thanks all

I'm a p2p freak and used to work with many p2p softwares run in Windows but I just switch to Mac for 1 month and lack experience in this case. I think emule is the best p2p run on Edonkey network with lot of stuff you can't find anywhere but it seems that there is not any software like that in Mac. I used amule and I was disapointed. Limewire is a good Gnutella network client but I think it's only good at downloading mp3 (famous artists and songs...). About torrent, I like uTorrent because it's very small and powerful......but It's really sad that I can't find any torrent client like that in Mac. I'm using Azureus but it's slow (built on Java >_<).

its using the same network, but not the same program. I find LimeWire to be slow, and it maxes my CPUs out.
