Best p2p client?

Hi, I'm new to a mac and have searched the forums but haven't been able to find anything very useful on this subject? What is the best p2p client for mac?(not looking for a torrent service, have utorrent for that) Thanks!.

I use Utorrent, but Transmission is also very popular.

Transmission for me. At the time it was much better than uTorrent, although now things might have changed. I have no reason to switch though. Make sure you set up an IP blacklist for your own protection though, if uTorrent allows that option. Transmission does.

Yupp. I use Transmission.


But that was from way back in the day (Okay, more like 2-3 years ago), but I have no reason to switch. It has all the features I want.

What's 'P2P'? It's a concept, not a protocol. Are you talking about Gnutella (the service that the now-defunct Limewire was based around)?
