Best paperless solution

Hello there,

I'm trying to find a solution where I can quickly scan a whole bunch of documents as a PDF, that have been OCRd, and are placed in a folder.

Ideally I'm looking for a network solution with a one push button feature.

I want it all huh? I'm just trying to find the best solution to go paperless...
Something where I can quickly search a folder and find what I'm looking for.
I'm wondering if an All-in-one printer is the best solution, or a Fujitsu ScanSnap is a better way to go.

I'm sure I'll have to compromised with some things but I'll shoot for the moon for now.
