Best Parental Controls/Restrictions

Hello MacRumors!

I'm not sure where to put this post, so I figured I'd try iPhone first. I would like to get your guys' input on the various methods of parental control for iDevices. (Time tracking, blocking, restrictions, etc.)

What apps/settings/etc. do you use?

First of all,set adult filter to on,to prevent from internet content that's not wanted. Then,never ever give a child permission to download apps or in-app purchases (don't give them password). When these things been done,it's time to set up clear rules,and if necessary some sort of data restrictions.
