Best photo and video sync app

Hi,

Would you guys happen to know a good app that syncs photo and video automatically and that keeps it synced (so if I delete a picture from my phone it should also delete in the cloud).
Photosteam doesnt seem to sync videos and Google+ and Dropbox just send whatever picture I take directly to the cloud instead of actually syncing the folder.
