Best Place to Buy a 13" Incase Sleeve?

I have been looking around at an incase sleeve for my new 13" macbook pro. What is the best place to find this case? Where is the cheapest you can find this too?

Also, I saw two of them on Amazon:

Any difference between these two? Is this the cheapest place to buy the case?

I also noticed there is a Sleeve, and a Sleeve Plus for the same price Here. I assume I want the Plus, but I have no idea why. I can't seem to see any differences between the two.
