I am not that crazy about the iPad 3 or 4. I dont mind buying ipad 3 if I can get a really good deal on it. Any ideas as to where is the best place to buy it ?

Check your local craigslist to prey on the bleeding edge gadget geeks dumping their perfectly good 3's for 4's. Pick the oldest one that's still there (shouldn't be too hard, if my own CL experience means anything), and make an offer. A lot of them will also have additional accessories or extras, many of which will even have applecare plus.

Check out the apple refurbished site so you can make the negotiating posture that apple will sell you the same model good as new for $xxx.xx.
