Best place to buy new apple parts?

I need to order a new topcase for my macbook. 2.2 santa rosa.

I am a DIY (do it yourself) guy, and have managed to open up my macbook and remove the faulty, non-working topcase. All i need a new topcase. any suggestions?

Can i buy it from apple directly?

These guys are ridiculously pricy. $170 for the topcase.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion though. I think I'm gonna go the eBay route.

New Apple parts are pricy.

You can usually find decent used or "working pull" parts on eBay, but if you want new, as they say, "it'll cost ya!"

i've had success with ebay although supple is variable, obviously
