I have a 64gb white 4s att on CL but the best offer im getting is $350, any advise to get a better price? it has 9 months warranty left as well. I was looking to buy a used ip4 to use as a backup any idea where to find them cheap?

Wrap it in a $100 bill? $350 is more than being offered on eBay instant sell or Gazelle right now. It's just a matter of making your ad as good as possible and waiting for the right buyer. Mention the warranty, and if any: screen protector / case / etc. I went out to CL in my town the first three 4S 64GB AT&T are listed at $333 / $450 / $350.

i sold my 4s , 16 gb on there, 3 cases and extra charger all for $380
the phone was flawless, no apple care +

I got a $380 gift card with amazon. For me that was perfect. I use Amazon a TON. It was safe. It was known. And as I said, I use them a ton.
