Best place to buy used Sprint 4s (16gb)?

I'd like to purchase my Mother-in-law a used Sprint 4s (16gb), she has been toiling away with a antique BB 8830 and she deserves better. Where is the best place to find one online? Should I expect prices to drop in the near future with a deluge of 4ses from people who want to upgrade to the 5? Also, is it typical to purchase a new battery when buying a used iPhone?
