Best place to find discounted iMacs?

In my quest to find the best price on the iMac I'll be buying next week, I found the following site advertising the 17" for 1049.99. I also saw they sell the now discontinued eMacs, and I was looking to pick one of those up for a relative.

From what I could find, no verisign. That makes me nervous. Security is definitely not worth the discount. The best price I've found thus far is amazon.com for 1299.00 but you get a 125.00 MIR.

Note: I'm not looking for any refurbs, only brand new models.

Opinions? Thoughts?

i've seen some on ebay. New 17" are far in between for whatever reason, but the 20" inch has been selling for under $1500. These are new, and there were also great deals on almost new ones. Hopefully the slow down of sales will prompt apple to discount them in the near future.
