So..

I bought an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 6plus on launch day, because I had the chance and also because I was pointing toward the + but I was not 100% sure about my decision.

After opening and trying the + I loved it and decided to keep it as it seems to be perfect FOR ME.

Now I have an unlocked 16Gb Gold iPhone, still sealed and I want to sell it.
I am not any kind of scalper but if I could earn some money selling it that would be nice for me. (also consider that I am from France and there is no return policy here...)

How you suggest me to proceed? Just put it on ebay? Any asian website were I could probably get more moneys??

Sorry if this is the wrong section but I could not decide if it was better to post this here or in the market place.

Your opinions will be more than welcome,
thanks!!

The post above gave me a good laugh :)

I would try swappa but keep in mind you'll be hit with PP fees.

If you don't mind the CL way with people trying to scam you id go for that option.

Also keep in mind that the 6 isn't hard to find anywhere. Anyone really looking can get a 6 with ease. But GLWS

Thanks,

actually I was thinking about Asia because over there official release ir still months away, if I am not wrong.. am I??

thanks again

I don't know about asia, but just sell it at swappa or ebay.

If you're selling it overseas you, increase your risk, not something I'd be willing to do just a few more bucks that's just me.

Keep in mind eBay and swappa will have fees involved. You can probably get the most money in Asia but i don't know anything about that. As weird as it may sound you will in my opinion get your most money back by returning it if purchased from apple.

You can also try the marketplace on MR

Since you are asking this question I will infer that you are a novice to selling phones. If you are street smart and can employ common sense go with CL. If you are not experienced on eBay selling, ie you don't know how to apply buyer restrictions to weed out possible bad buyers, I would not use eBay. Keep in mind that your eBay buyer has 45 days to return the item, no matter what you say in your auction. That is you sale is only truly over after 45 days.

You won't be getting much from Asia now, the market is now flooded with these things. Even major scalpers are losing money as a result. Sorry, but with the shipping and probably duty involved you won't really want to be selling it overseas.

I suggest you sell locally, just be safe about it.

if your trying to sell in Asia i heard these phones are worth 3k+ USD if you have someone over there than I would go that route. The thing with CL is your going to get a million emails if your going that route make a separate email addy. But with all the buzz about the phones bending and flaws might be hard to even make money let alone breaking even.

You can also get nigerian princessed selling abroad.:D

I am also from France and if you bought it from the Apple Store (online or instore), you have 14 days after purchase to return it for refund.

You have to think about wether the gain outweights the fees & risks (loss, theft, fraudulent paypal customer...). Is it worth it ?
