Best place to trade in/sell an iPhone 4?

Got an iPhone 6 last night to replace my brothers iPhone 4 which has just been terrible lately... overheating, low battery, poor performance. I'd rather not ruin someone's life by selling it on craigslist (it has 7.1.2 so I don't know if it is worth anything being that it's ability to jailbreak) but anyway, is there a retailer or somewhere that will take an iPhone 4 for a decent flat rate in the form of cash or a gift card?

Depending on your location, seems like carriers are the best bet. Major carriers in the US are offering $200 trade-in on iPhone 4.
