I think this just refers to what is the best web host.... because at the end of the day your just uploading it via FTP.

However, i suppose MobileMe, would be the one that people would suggest... and that's because it is 'built in'.

I done a quick google, and a site that come up multiple times was BlueHost but i don't know if they are actually any good.
