Another fan of OWC. (www.macsales.com). Their page layout makes it really easy to find the RAM that's right for your particular Mac, too.

One other side note: to learn all the ins and outs of any Mac, grab a free copy of the MacTracker utility over at versiontracker.com. Very helpful in learning the exact details of and maximum RAM allowances.

I'm a big fan of Crucial.com. I've had good luck with there products and they make it simple to find the ram that is needed for your computer.
