best players for .wmv - want play speed control

Hello,

I record .wmv files from .wmv streaming using parallels. I then want to bring them over to my mac osx and view them. However, I need to be able to speed up the play speed.

I currently have Quicktime Flip4Mac and DivX player but I don't know how to use them.

I would like to play at
1) 1.5x
2) 2x
3) 0.5x
and have Fast Forward and Rewind

Controls.

If my current players can do this, please tell me how.

If you recommend others, please tell me what to use.

I don't want to permanently alter the play speed, just termporarily while I view them. speed up through the boring parts (in chip n dale pitch mode) and then slow down in the dense parts. and of course pause to take notes, etc.

QuickTime Player can do this. Select "Show A/V Controls" from the Window menu. Goes from 1/2 to 3x speed.
