There's Feedly, NewsBlur, and others providing RSS aggregation and single-point-of-access for keeping your RSS feeds in sync across all devices. Supposedly the "premium" or "pro" versions offer more frequent syncs of your sites, more days of unread stories, more available feeds, etc etc.

I've been using feedly (free, I didn't even know there was a paid option?) in conjunction with the Byline paid iOS app (to remove ads). It works well for my needs/desires.

A lot of the premium stuff some of these services offer can be done with a IFTTT recipe for free. If you like a particular service, support it if you can, but do some research before you commit to the "pro" package.
