I’ve been looking for years for a decent remote control for PowerPoint and Keynote that is compatible with newer Macs. In their most basic form, these things have a laser pointer and back/forward buttons to navigate slides.
The general wisdom is that remotes that come with little dongles are more reliable than Bluetooth. But the dongles are all USB-A, which means bringing an adapter.
Some people are using the original Apple TV remote, but it doesn’t have a laser pointer.
For those of you who do presentations, what do you use?
