I have the latest 13" MBP with 2GB of ram, who has the best price to upgrade to 4GB and will I really see a diffeance ? Oh last thing how hard is it to install in the lattest MBP model ?

You will see a pretty significant difference. The jump between 2 and 4 is pretty good for the money, the jump from 4 to 8 not so much. OWC has some pretty good videos on installing RAM in a MBP. Its hot hard at all but the screws are pretty small. Give them a watch and decide for your self if your up to it.

You'll see a big difference going from 2GB to 4GB and it's only $90 at the apple store including installation.
