Best price on new or refurb Mac pro latest model?

Where can I find the lowest price for the latest Mac pro? Preferably somewhere who has financing. I tried Apple and was declined. Mac mall only gave me $2000. It can be the lowest model. I don't care. Just want the new canister model.
