Its a patented device so if you find one that isn't made by Apple you can bet its a Chinese knock-off. That one says its made by Apple, but at such a discount I have a hard time believing it.

It looks legit, and it does say used, usually Chinese rip offs that iv'e seen don't use the actual logo.
