Best program to mount .iso files as CD?

I have Toast 9 Titanium, but I'm not sure how to mount the .iso files I have as a CD. Are there any good alternatives?

Finder should mount them already. Disk Utility handles burning them.

So I don't need to do anything with it? When the RS language pack is done downloading, I can just add it to RS and it will be done? Makes me wonder why anyone uses PC.

Eidorian is correct. Just double-click the .iso and it will mount just like a .dmg. Or select Disk Utility menu item Images>Burn, then select the .iso file to burn it to a CD/DVD.
