iPod touch Best program to transfer music from iPod Touch to comp???

I had two computers with music on both and one of them is now wrecked.

So i want to know what is the best program to transfer the songs from my ipod back onto my other computer?

And it would be preferred if it could transfer the album artwork as well as it took a while to get it all.
