I just purchased the new Macbook Pro 13" :apple: and am searching for the best protection for my investment. I have read several forums and reviews on hard-shells and sleeves and still not able to dwindle down to the best solution.

Here are the possible options:

PURCHASING JUST THE SLEEVE.

1. Booq - Taipan Skin S Sleeve
2. Be.ez La Robe Sleeve
3. Incase Neoprene Sleeve

PURCHASING A HARD-SHELL AND A SLEEVE

1. Speck Satin Hard-Shell
2. Incase Hard-Shell

Another question I have is this: if I decide on the Booq sleeve will my MBP fit inside the sleeve if it also has a hard-shell around it?

Hard shells will scratch your MBP if ANYTHING gets under them (and it will).

A simple sleeve that you take the MBP out of when you use it is the best option. That and not dropping it. ;)

Well your pretty much wrong about that. Ive had one for a year. Left it on about 5 months before i took it off. No dust, no scratches, it all depends on which you get.

@OP, search next time. There is like 2 or 3 thread on this a day.
