Best QT settings

I would that we would share the settings for export on QuickTime... For posting online without losing too much resolution which settings would be the best? I use H.264, 1300 kb/s, low quality sound (don't remember the setting, but I use it even as mono), 320x240, and I deinterlace the source video.... Any better ideas????
